What is your return policy?

Defective items:

Returns accepted and full refunds provided when items are identified as defective within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization, and we will cover return shipping.  

Refunds will be provided to the original payment method upon receipt of goods and verification of defect(s).

New/unused items:

We accept returns for items in new condition (open box is ok, but item must be unused) for any reason within 30 days of customer receipt. Please contact us within that time period for a return authorization.

Any used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return shipping fees are up to the customer. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method upon receipt of goods and verification of condition.

What is the return procedure?

  1. Contact me at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Please cite the reason for the return. If the return/exchange is covered under warranty or our return policy then I will provide a return shipping label.
  2. Ship the item. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit so please pack them well. Include the Return Authorization information inside the package, as well as written on the outside. Ship to:
